 I absolutely love the way I feel after working out. There are many different ways that I can get my daily workout time in every day. Because I live in the kootenays it is very easy to find ways to do pretty much everything actively. From walking down to the river, to participating in P.E., and ongoing dance classes. Making goals is a great way in keeping your workout useful and consistent. I like to challenge myself to make sure I am getting exactly what I want out of my workout. Swimming is also a really amazing way to get great exercise.
